Modern privacy laws (GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California) give individuals rights over their data. SafeIn provides the tools you need to remain compliant.

Data Minimization & Retention

You should only keep visitor data as long as necessary. Configure Auto-Delete Rules:

• "Delete visitor photos after 24 hours."
• "Anonymize visitor logs after 365 days."

Right to be Forgotten

If a visitor requests data deletion, use the "Purge User" feature. This permanently scrubs their PII (Personally Identifiable Information) from the database while keeping the statistical record (e.g., "A visitor was here") for analytics integrity.

Explicit Consent

During check-in, you can force a "Terms of Service" or "Privacy Notice" screen that the visitor must accept before providing their data.
